    Gotta admit I was pretty skeptical but I love Divya Ashwagandha Churna. I use it every day – never missing a day. My anxiety was getting out of control, and there was no way I was going back on those meds since they cause almost as much anxiety as they controlled. Ashwagandha was my favorite choice. It just… it just feels good. Every time I take it I feel like I notice it. I’m really glad I decided to start taking it and I’m definitely going to keep going for it.

    Honestly I still do not know much about Ayurvedic medicine. My aunt bought me this on a whim because I wasn’t feeling myself and I don’t know what it was but this helped a lot.
